Eric Rich aka Lucy Flawless is a Toronto-based actor, dancer, writer, and drag artist. A feisty farm-girl from Northern Ontario, she is Toronto's Country Diva, oft referred to as The Second Coming (of Shania). She is a Queen of many titles: Warrior Princess, Friendly Neighbourhood Ho, Canada's Sweetheart, Queen of The Drink, current reigning Woody's Queen of Halloween, and the Inaugural Empire's Ball Champion.

She is a Dora-nominated actor, with a BFA from York University, and stars in the CBC comedy series Queens. She plays Mel C in the The Spice Queens, Toronto's hottest Spice Girls Drag Tribute Show, and is a frequent entertainer with Toronto Drag Queen Story Time. Always in touch with her roots, she often travels to small communities to teach workshops in Theatre and Drama. With a heart of gold and a showgirl smile, Lucy Flawless is everyone's favourite small-town girl turned big city stripper.
